RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Any return or exchange request must be made in-store or sent by email to info@boutiquebeesknees.com within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours following the purchase date or receipt of the order.
Returned items must be in their original, unaltered condition and include their tags.
No refunds will be issued. An exchange or store credit may be offered depending on the situation.
Sale, promotional, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Bee's Knees reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above and to modify this policy at any time, without prior notice.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
